Origami Workshop
The ARTSMH Creative Group meet every Saturday over zoom, in which we explore the benefits of the arts to our mental health through different medium of the arts. The medium of arts currently includes Painting, Drawing, Crafts, 3D, Music, Drama and Dance.

Have you ever felt like the world is too overwhelming to manage?
Your problems and feelings too immense to deal with?
Well Origami is the perfect solution to all this stress!
This precise art form requires you to completely let go of all the back ground noise and solely focus on making simple folds. Making an Origami figure is not a lengthy process, and the result is tangible and makes you feel like you have accomplished something!
During the workshop, you will be guided through a step-by-step process of making Origami art, suitable for beginners or advanced artists.
Please note: paper and rulers will be provided at a class.
So come along for an hour of stress-free thinking and fun!
