In this talk, Dr. Keri Wong guided us in better understand why we are sometimes very emotional or stressed and how the arts could be an outlet to cope with emotional stress. The mechanism and areas of the brain related to emotions have been covered alongside various interactive activities. Recent research findings in relation to how the arts could help cope with stresses were shared, wrapped up with a Q & A session.
